Core listing records for agencies serving Colorado Springs begin with Colorado CDPHE Health Facilities dataset. The source is maintained by Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment; we organize those records into a local comparison directory rather than treating inclusion as an endorsement.

Colorado license class and facility type describe state authorization. Medicare certification and payer participation are separate and should be confirmed when relevant.

We organize agencies into browse, specialty, neighborhood, and care-intent pages so families can narrow a large public dataset. Standard ordering may consider relevance, source-backed status, profile completeness, rating signals, and name.

Paid plans may provide additional visibility on designated surfaces. Sponsored or featured visibility is labeled, unpaid agencies remain available, and payment does not change licensing data or review moderation.

User reviews are not published automatically. We screen submissions for spam, abuse, impersonation, conflicts, irrelevant content, and unnecessary private health details. Moderation improves trust and safety but cannot independently prove every statement in an approved review.

Agencies cannot purchase positive reviews or pay to remove a review. We may remove content that violates our policies or creates a privacy or safety concern.

Public records are refreshed periodically as Colorado source data and our operating schedule allow. Claimed information can change when an authorized agency representative updates a profile, and editorial pages may be revised when official guidance or local conditions change.

If a listing appears incorrect, compare it with the official source first, then contact the directory or submit a claim so the discrepancy can be reviewed.
