Information We Collect
- Business listing information from public Colorado source records and agency submissions.
- Claim request details such as name, title, email, phone, license number, and message.
- Review submissions such as reviewer name, email, rating, care type, title, and review text.
- Usage and moderation data, including IP address, approximate IP-based city, region, country, browser/device context, page URL, and timestamps.
How We Use Information
- To verify claim requests and prevent unauthorized listing changes.
- To moderate reviews, reduce spam, detect abusive submissions, and protect directory quality.
- To maintain accurate agency profiles and respond to agency or family support requests.

What We Do Not Do
We do not sell family inquiry data. We do not collect protected health information for treatment, payment, or healthcare operations, and this directory is not a HIPAA covered entity.
Service Providers
We may use Vercel for hosting, Neon for database hosting, Resend for email delivery, Google services for maps or authentication when enabled, and Stripe for payment processing when paid listing plans are enabled.
